Dedicated winemakers.

The grape-growers and winemakers of Lirac, keen to protect the image of their appellation, go to great lengths to offer their customers and consumers wines of consistently high quality. A decade or so ago, they set up an advisory committee to assess each of the AOC’s wines that require approval. A body unique in the Rhône Valley, the committee monitors and reviews the winemakers’ constant efforts to improve their product.
