The main grapes for the white wines.

Grenache blanc

Like the Grenache Noir for the reds, this variety is the foundation for the white wines of the southern Rhône Valley. It results in whites of low acidity that are rounded and long on the palate, best served at 13-14°C.

Bourboulenc

This variety craves the heat, and is planted only in dry hotspots where the grapes ripen early. Its low alcoholic potential, combined with potential aromas of great appeal. In the blend, it contributes freshness, balance and length, with distinctive floral and fruity notes: broom and exotic fruits.

Clairette

A native of southern France, this variety loves deep, hot, stony soils.
Clairette produces wines with a powerfully fruity and flowery bouquet, coupled with great finesse and an instant pleasure-burst.
